How do I make a payment or view my balance?

If you live in a property that is managed by 979Rent, then you can log in at and review all payments that have been made on your account, as well as make additional payments. 

There is a password recovery feature there on the login page.

If you have not activated your login, then you can contact us by clicking on "Submit a Request" at the top right on this page and we will send you another activation link.

NOTE: The links are only good for a narrow time window (sorry, requirements of the 3rd party software), so please be sure to activate it as soon as you see it come through.
