How do I submit a maintenance request?

If you live in a property that is managed by 979Rent, then you can log in at http://www979rent.appfolio.com and submit a maintenance request.

There is a password recovery feature there on the login page.

If you have not activated your login, then you can contact us by clicking on "Submit a Request" at the top right on this page https://979rent.zendesk.com and we will send you another activation link.

NOTE: The links are only good for a narrow time window (sorry, requirements of the 3rd party software), so please be sure to activate it as soon as you see it come through.
